ok so im back in from court, i got let off with a caution and a restraining order, not to go anywhere near him as this isnt the first time iv fucked him up

if that was here i would be in jail for assualt with a weapon causing bodily harm.
= my dna being taken , pretty much also gets you 1-3 months in jail depnding on severity.
also some probation . weapons prohibition (5 year weapons ban)

judge was briefed on situation, the fact that hes trying to ban me from seeing my baby, and then the fact that me and her were happy together etc, blah blah and hes fucked everything up, and he dropped the charges so only the hospital pressed charges for me doing this on premesis
