it has less average damage than your level 45 weapon, so you would be spending more time killing to save time of regen
i would rather use a higher ee weapon without life steal and just regen life when needed
I dont regen till lvl 65-67ish as it is I was thinking this would allow me to get to 71 with no regens
[edit] changed my mind forgot a mental note I have on hating swords with a passion because of the low base damage and have retracted all bids...if that was a dagger with the same stats I might dust off some stuff to sell
