and yeah i think luvve is going to have a hard time getting 4500 for that 20 charm, even if it is quite nice.
it's not that hard to get those stats on a higher lvl req charm and i don't think you'll miss the hm that much from 20-say 35 or 40. at least not as much as you'd miss the extra 4000fg on mid level weapons
the plate has been around for some time now cole used to want it but idk anymore. 2500 was more than he wanted to pay though iirc
