Can I use this on my caster as my Charm? Rare lightning XI, Spell Damage: 23 to 238, +31 Dexterity, +544 Max Mana , and use ee charm on other one? the mana boost seems to work

The slight mana boost is not worth the reduced damage.

Plus, all casters should carry a heal charm!

im using it like you would a HM charm. mainly because im soloing and nooone is at my lvl

Solo is simple.

Shrines + Regen Gear.

The faster you kill, the faster you will level. So why reduce your damage for an extra 4-8 casts?

Some days, you definitely work for it.
I feel a bit like calling for a stretcher.
