You don't get a virus for any other reason other than downloading something or opening up a file that is malicious or visiting a malicious site.
Learn to use the internet, and look at the virus identification, it says Trojan Agent. A trojan is a virus that hides itself in a file or is a file that looks legitimate but it isn't.
