It's not too bad, if you are just going to hang it up or carry around for show or cosplay, but it's pretty fragile for, say, "swordplay".
It's made out of PLA, which is hard, but brittle. For one of the other prototypes I made, the handle was out of TPU, which is a flexible filament. It was way more sturdy than the PLA, but if I did the blade out of the same material, it would be bendable
There are filaments that are stronger, but since I'm only printing for fun and/or for functional pieces for my other hobbies (rc planes and fpv quads), I don't have any of the stronger filaments.
My printer also has a couple other limitations, in size and in colors printed at the same time. I can only print 150mm cubed, which is why there is a break down the middle of the blade (overall dagger is ~450mm [18"] long, and in 6 pieces), and only 1 color at a time.
I'm in the process of designing another dagger with a single piece blade right now.
