They show up in the drop box like everything else.
if its a big chest the box will have a little scroller and you can't see the second line of items until you scroll down

Now that I've had some time to play around with it, I actually like all the popup windows.
You can have everything at you fingertips (as long as you're not claustrophoblic :P  )

Only thing I don't like about that is this:



Gives a little less freedom with window placement, but overall not a killer.
