One of the rules I would go for:

1. You must have or obtain 100fg to purchase vault if you do not already have one.

I have spent like 300fg on other peoples vaults as it is... and then the occasional Xfer days just to get them some gear.
I do realise that one of these was my friend... which I do not mind helping... but after awhile... it will stack up...

2. Never has requested ANY fg donations or loans of gear before joining or while being in this guild

This is just me... I started with low fg as did many players... I still have shit fg to this day... but I started out clean and never asked... I proved myself that I had enough brains, determination and stickability with this game prior to asking for a Loan or gear... and in most cases when I had the forum gold... I donated it to the guild for other competitions... even though I had little myself...

3. All borrowed gear must be returned before the Guild Transfer days are ended (even if you are not level 71)
.. 3a: Exception if you purchase more Guild Transfer days (or one of the guildies purchase on your behalf)
.. Note: If you can do neither... request the guild members to help you get upto MQ status before Xfer days are ended.

4. If you are going away and can not get to a computer for a period of 2 days (24 hours) or more, you have to return the items to Guild Bank (person holding items) and post in Guild Chat that you will be away etc.
.. Note: Certain life things can make this rule invalid, but, a post of some kind when returning... explaining the situation does help.

Extended Note on Rule 3 & 4: This is also in conjunction with your Vault expiring... keep a look out on your vault days...

We need to keep the items together when Vault xfer expires... it will be annoying if items are scattered all over the place with different people.

Above are some rules that I thought could be implemented... as you can see... I have also posted my reasoning with them...
If you guys/gal have anymore suggestions to this... also add in a reason... it helps for decisions and possibly alternative ideas.
