K guys heres what I have so far, it's not done yet but I have to get to bed, so I figued why not put what I have and see what you like or dislike about it and I'll change it when I get the chance



The reason theres so many sparkles around it is because it's really hard to make something look good on all skins, that's the best I could do but I'll probably try again later.
Also, I realized that the only reason I'm making a new banner is because we have new ranks, and I forgot to include the ranks. I'll get around to that

Well I realized the black sparkles kindof interfere with the orange sparkles and the outer glow around the main picture is a little too bright, I'll try my best to fix that asap, anyone see any other problems?
