are seizures at age 60-65 or so a large health concern? he's also had a previous stroke.
trying to assess a family's member condition, he's quite far from me geographically, and family's keeping details
to themselves.

There is many reasons that can lead to seziures , lack of oxogeon to the brain, chemical imbalance , lack of blood flow, medicine , too much blood flow. Do you know what initially caused the stroke
- the stroke was originally caused by high blood pressure/stress from work.
