like, legitimately ran.
running blows dick.
~10 minutes were at a 6 minute mile pace, with breaks every half mile
10 minutes afterwards were 12 minute mile pace cuz was bored still.
one of my feet hurts now though.
my workout each week (or what I try to do as long as nothing interferes) is:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday = 30 minutes of intervals, 3 sets, each set is 10 minutes. starts with 45 seconds at 10 minutes mile pace, and 15 seconds at 6 minute pace each minute for the first few minutes of the first set, then 40 seconds jog, 20 running, do that till at 30 jog 30 run, 3rd set is basically, 3 minutes of 40/20's, 3 minutes of 35/25, and finish with 30/30.
30 second break between sets, after 2nd set do 10 minutes of core, then 3rd set.
Tuesday/Thursday = Different lifting workouts( biceps, triceps, pecs, abs, etc.) for 40 minutes(doing either 2 or 3 sets, with anywhere from 10 to 30 reps a set) with a 10 minute core workout.
And then I have my running that I do with my ex as well. She wants to do monday, tuesday, and thursday this week =]
