Yep I second this one!

Enhanced effect is good on plate mail, chain mail, weapons and charms, but not so much on robes, leather armor, scale mail, and any item below tier 3. lol Also, it's usually only worth something if it is more than 50 enhanced effect.

Combined with other good stats, it doesn't matter as much what enhanced effect it has. Keep playing and you'll start to get the feel of what is worth selling/keeping, and what is just a nice shrine (like what you have there). lol

Hit level 28, I am done slashing for the night.
