well, my cars off the road already LOL,
left the lights on while i was at work so had a flat battery, called the stepdad up to come and jump start it, and he decided to cross the wires over and now my alternator is fried! funfun, going to get a new one tomorrow morning and have it all fitted and done before lunch! THEN might have to just go for a long drive!
got the battery off on a slow charge, get 18 hours worth into it before i drive again, but its been an expensive day for breakdown recovery!
dude i dunno about xing over the wires frying an alternator but maby possibly just blowing a main fuse.. its possibly that the alternator was origionally bad and thats why your battery went flat (not due to leaving lights on) then again i wasn't there so don't know what happened good luck in any case i'm just poppin on to say sup again drinking a few beers here and going toplay some Mad Gab!!
