well, that axe can get you to 71, but at 60 it will start to be as much of a grind as that level 5 axe was @ 25. hopefully that guy sells you his axe? and i will keep transmuting armors, and try to make you a decent one

Well there is a str build or a dex build...

I like to keep My dex between 105-120 and then get strength but I use like Swords n Clubs for crits, if you use axes you want strength

Now on a lighter note lets all laugh at my incredibly shitty luck for gear popping
