You are correct if you are considering most melee builds versus caster builds. My setup however is a different story . If we were to race .... caster vs. melee I would do 3 x as many master quests and ya I can do wells at any level . Regen maybe 10 times total from 1-71 . I have yet to regen @ headhunter by the way

The comparable for mage would be 60+ int all gear, 200+ee lvl45 charm, 1-440 lpk + 1-440 mpk all gear.
