does heal mastery work on yer acc. charm?

and i bought 104% HM gears for 500FGz
add a 113% wild

and that can make MQ if all th stats went into int?

heal mastery AFFECTS your acc charm but if the acc charm has HM, it is nulled. and yeah that should be a great healing setup. lmk what kind of char you're making it on. i have some awesome HM stuff for various chars. and if i'm not using a heal (not likely lol unless we guild cata or i'm afk for a couple days), feel free to ask me

I can well any items you send to me. i'm most interested in tier VI and higher items. i do them with 100% success through level 45 on my monk (so up through tier 10 for now) and i'm reclimbing my mage atm so higher items than tier X are on hold for now
