My issue right now is deciding whether to make general rank names or keep it as is and eventually have to start charging 250fg to enter guild because of rank names
I think I'll take the remaining open ranks and come up with some rank names

Yeah yeah lol, I've been running a few feeders/samurai and my monk =/
Healers are in such huge demand in catacombs and there are so few people climbing with healing chars so I try to climb a few healers along with my other guys to make the leveling even faster.
Diso ninja though ofc =)

Mages are great , just try to find a couple decent heal charm and heal people on the climbs, you'll level faster, they'll level faster .. it's win win

I've gotten my monk up to level 25, and last night got my samurai up to 42 and magician to 46 o_O

again failed my monk again

but hopefully I'll be on the same time pattern as you matt and the other gfg combers
