well, normal LS is on the verge of a ladder reset.
you may not be able to make a full 1-71 run unless you want to spend a lot of fg.

some good builds for starters with mediocre gear:
melee
dex fighter
str barb
vita barb
caster
int mage
int rogue

i have done 1-71 runs on both vita barb (boring and takes a while, but very cheap!) and dex fighter (less boring, 1k+ crit strikes, takes less time)
and my next will be a rogue that is following the guide posted on page 1.
