Can somebody explain how to get started in this game? I have no clue what i'm doing.

You will probably die a lot... Find a melee weapon, stick to smaller towns such as rocky ford, superior junction and towns such as that... Keep a gun just in case a player comes by, don't trust anyone

Make sure you aim high when melee'ing so you can hit the head

Don't fight too many zombies at once; they lag a little right now (at least for me, they weren't laggy before) and may hit you.
Don't try and sneak past a bunch of zombies if you might get caught.. if you end up needing to melee one, you'll aggro the rest.
Always save 1 bandage. with the new bleeds, you're better off using painkillers/antibiotics to heal life, and a bandage in case you are bleeding.
