Expecting a good patch is a bit too much isn't it? :P
Maybe this might be the one..

Still no vehicles/skills like what I thought I would have when I bought this game :(

No good gun spawns, every gun is rare now, no Cali map :( no ammo for certain guns... Psh :angry:

skills would be nice. I'm still on the fence about vehicles. Map seems a bit small for faster travel. although it would make looting private servers amazing.

I'm still waiting for an anticheat that actually anti-cheats B)

But the one good thing I liked was the meds in doc office/food in market idea, just not the loot change as in how much spawns.

More bads than goods though :P
