In the begining they did not, but its been locked of course after I ordered it haha. I wouldn't be able to play now until they optimize it more for my comp to handle it. Looking forward to this game.

yeah they messed up with the purchases sometime after it went into Alpha, there was even some glitch that gave ppl like 10+ keys after they purchased it which was lucky to the few that bought it during that time.
