They just updated the patch notes:

yeah they have way longer range then you though so that's not really plausible.
these things are fucking op though, it took me and a friend 140 stanag bullets to kill it.
he tried to solo it and wasted 3 cmags but the regen is so high you cant solo without aa-12

so apparently the super zombies are only supposed to spawn once every 2 hours.
but if you go the end of the road above blue ridge they are bugged and respawn as soon as one dies.
friends farmed 15 of them last night and they were dropping badgers, tars, sigs, and recipes.

in the end though the amount of ammo and repair kits it takes to continually farm them isn't worth the items they are dropping.
so i wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time unless u have about 10 friends who are all gonna split the cost of ammo with you.

i wonder did they mention if super zombies will drop snipers ?

heard of a couple ppl finding mausers but there was no proof. they might have just been telling stories.
either way unless a sniper drops the first few times u kill it your gonna spend more on ammo/repairkits then the sniper is worth.

friend got a sniper, he's not a BSer. super zombies are a ammo dump though
