hi, here I'll give some personal perspective.

1.Jade: trash. even martial arts asn will not use it.
2.heart carver. useful for bar, but it's easy to get one so market price is little.
3.vampire gaze. perfect ms, ls, and PDR. decent mdr. but non eth means it would be used by typical bowama or temporary for merc. so this is somehow not easy to sell it a high price but sure worth a little bit.
4. shako. popular item, nice find but almost worst roll for this one. it can be trade vs about 30fg for a normal roll, but the bad roll can be 20fg or less for fast trade. since it's practical item, personally I will selfuse.
