I've checked some guide for builds. this is for melee or for some build that needs to be close to monsters to cast skills.

1. 24 fhr is needed for making sure its value. this is why the item is useful for the builds above.
2. high life (53/ 60) means after Bo the life will be more bigger. useful.
3. str (15/30). decent
4. 23 poison resist (23/30). decent.

the price is decided by the additional elements. for this, without large life, there's not many other outstanding elements on it (e.g. 2 kinds of 20+ resist, 25+ str, ...)

personally, I think this would be around 50fg~100fg and need to wait for the buyer patiently.
