it's a decent one and some will love it.
but for my experience of playing necro, it should be 15+fcr as an amulet to meet the breakpoint for 125fcr

without high str and decent fcr there's almost nothing on it, so it meets some price but not that high value. I guess it can worth around 30fg. (as an Ist rune price)

This and it helps since level 85 to be 2 to necro or 3 to poison bone.

oh, I'm sorry to miss some elements..

it's +2 poi and bone skills instead of +2 necro skills, and it's high req level -- +2 poi and bone skills can have req level 52 at least
so I'd like to decrease its value to be 15~20 fg (as a Mal rune price).
