this is for physical builds like melee or bowama as its high ar and mana stolen. plus it has high str and mana, so-so @ resist to make the char balanced.
but it doesn't have fcr and life stolen, which means it is not the ultimate one.

this is valueable for sure. for trade, I guess it can start vs 40fg (better than an Ist rune) and more.
