+10 fcr is needed for the breakpoint of 105 fcr for most build of sorc. less than 10 fcr means it's a temporary one (e.g. 63 fcr sorc in the early period) and will be compared vs mara.
even a bad mara gets better than this one. and mara's lvl req is 67. this one is 89. so I guess it's for self use.
