It's not that unlikely someone finds these, it's 3 affixes only actually. These ones are findable, unlike other rares I see people looking for sometimes.
Exactly, it’s much easier to roll than say a 2sin 3LS claw
But the issue is that no one bothers picking these up haha hence the thread
