It's not quite common thing so i'm not writing "must have" but "desirable stats". Also if You have something near but for example without fcr, pls post it. I even may change my char build for this item. I don't expect You to post price but if You have samothing in mind, don't hesitate to let me know.

Not in hurry, will some time.

So desirable stats are:

3 fire skills / 2 sorc skills (fire prefered)
20 fcr
2 os (post even Yours have 1 or don't have)
adds:
+3 hydra
+3 fire mastery
+ wathever or nothing

Here's my current one:
