hey m8.

Same opinion here, just few things to justify it:

if some1 needs prores boots for lvl 29 usually go for 100+ trires. Or 30 frw with 40 single magics.
On the other hand, if u need stats on boots for a melee char (especially dex based on your), Sander's are always the best option.

the 16 mana roll does not help them to be worthy.
