this, and for the necro one if i go with a 2/20 circ i want life/str/res/2os over mana/dex, may be usefull for some pvp specific matchup for max block and mana boost but if they have the wallet to spend on couple ring/ammy/circlets swaps for duels they probably will aim for a better one
still usable as temp 2/20 or for someone who want a budget necro circ, just not gonna fetch much fgs
