Skull Talisman - lvl 30 required - 2traps / 42life / 42mana / 36lres /21mf / lvl4frostnova(30 charges)

the mf is probably not desirable, but is the frost nova decent in lld's? Even without either this ammy is still decent IMO, but is it worth anything?

Also I made this thread in nladder when this item is on ladder. My bad... I guess it will all be the same soon enough lol.
