i checked and i was mistaken ... its just a magical helm with visionary / 98+ life / 2 socket / 2x 15% ias / 100 ar jeweled

I thought it was visionary / 20% fcr but i was mistaken

Its still decent for barb vs barb ... but thats all i have =/

I'd say just look for a magical 20% fcr / visionary helm ... its basically just as good like you said

I think my helm is lvl requirement 39 =/ if it helps

talk to the lld people, i'm sure someone has a visionary / 20% fcr helm circlet with 2 soc ... they arent as hard to find as you think...

I'm hoping someone has a +2 barb / 20% fcr / visionary / 2 soc helm to sell you ... but unfortunately i do not have it i'm sorry
