The way auctions work is if there is no reserve, highest bid wins even if it’s a low offer overall. The winner then has a time period in which they must collect and pay. From what I saw, you did not list a time period. That’s on you. If you required them to collect and pay directly after the auction, you should have stated so. I would suggest you stop posting auctions.
