So recently all Diablo 2 name trades were closed and obviously Blizzard reps must have been trolling jsp forums to find these name threads because not all name traders used Name-Bots to get their names.

I think there should be a clause in the JSP Terms of Service that bars Blizzard employees from using JSP so they can't troll threads and ban D2 accounts at their whim because they SUSPECT some one is violating the D2 TOS without actually having any proof.

Imagine you go to post a gg eth/rep 2os cruel fools 40ias axe and some blizzard employee assumes it was duped or rolled so the next time you log on your 40,000 fg axe is gone.
