I can see your point although something like this would almost never stop. The only thing that should be done is tell and be honest with someone if you're going to illegitimately level their acct.
I also noticed, by your recent thread history, that you have purchased a number of "unreg' accts. It looked like a barb, a sorc, and a zon. Are you only posting a thread like this after the fact because you had action taken against the acct by a user who wasn't honest with you?

The only thing you should be doing is dealing with more trusted users and always keep in mind for your future level jobs:

if it sounds to good to be true, it's probably to good to be true.

I would rather have them state that the service could result in your account getting banned because 3rd party programs were used then have them remove the statement an cross there fingers hoping they dint get flagged and get banned. At least with the statement I know my gear has a chance at going poof without it's like playing Russian roulette.

Also having someone else play on ur account already violates the tou im pretty sure and can get you banned.

The bottom part is correct afaik with almost any Blizzard game.
Only seen people get banned for that on WoW though.

People can just charge three times as much for a legitimate service. No it doesn't. Have you actually read D2's Terms of Use when you create a new account?

Nearly every level service on east ladder doesn't even state "use my service at your own risk, i am not responsible for you getting banned."

Many are being reposted as legit only services.



I shouldn't have to do that. I bought an amazon account, He didn't say It could get banned after I buy it. It's the exact same concept as you shouldn't have to ask a user if their item is unperm when they post it as perm.
