FFS Users are trying to trade! This is just madness. I've missed out on countless times because i couldn't "bin" in time from flood control. Plus I have to wait extra time to pm users?
Normally sites encourage users to use their site more. This is the only site I've ever seen limit me from using it.

I can almost guarantee you a suggestion about removing flood control will never happen. There is already enough spam and this would just encourage more.

If you want a shorter flood control, follow the rules and have your warning removed for good behavior.
