alot of people been scammed on fg and been sold unperms as perms and meds take too long on taking auctions on looking people and the same people keep on doing it .... why can the meds lock the gold once the person been accuse of scam would help alot on them not to xfer the gold into a multi or spend it why wait too long ?just lock it to be safe until things clear ? lmk

Because if I didn't like you, I could make up a false accusation to have your gold locked. Really bad idea.

To elaborate more on the above post:

The problem is that users might try to do it to harass people, and then not have enough proof to issue a scammer tag. The accused wold be inconvenienced, and, if several people did it to harass, and there was not enough proof to lock the user, they could simply claim that they didn't take enough important screenshots, and that they were not harassing.

And as some cases take nearly a day for the accusers to post all the information, this could be a lengthy time of no FG for people that may have done nothing. Imagine if someone accused you on the day of a ladder reset, it would not be enjoyable at all if you couldn't sell anything when it was worth a lot.

but have proof on it and if your lying once things clear you will get locked it's a serious accusation you are doing

vouch, you can't just make a s/a and say within, "hey this dood scom me lock d2jsp golden monies."

you would still need to provide s/s's and such, but make it where the meds can lock the gold instantly if enough evidence is provided.


i got scam'd for 6k fg, and got to watch the little bastard spend my fg down. explain to me why it wouldn't be a fantastic idea to use.

sad part is you spend your hard working money buying fg and noting is been done here .....while some one just makes a multi and runs away with it..

I'm going to have to agree with RaveTheGo and FellowSoldier. This would just make it so anyone could get locked for definite false accusations. Voted no
