I think there should be a search bar in the s/a section so before buying anything you can do a quick search about the buyer/seller.
Or even if you're going to let someone in your guild, you could know his past etc.

How?

If making an accusation added something to your permanent record on d2jsp, people might band together to make several topics for someone they didn't like, faking screenshots and adding them to that list of topics. It's half of the reason that there isn't a user feedback system, the other half being people that just might upvote friends, guilds, and guilds of friends/friends of guilds, or sell up voting services.
