Hello ladies and gentlemen today I would like to present an idea to the board this idea would encompass one and all races rather than just the yellow race I want to see Mexican, African, White, Asian emoticons, no more yellow smiley faces! I also want to see more benefical emoticons implaced that say BUMP or have a USA flag

It would promote racism towards others, even if it is not towards you.
Some users handle things differently and find certain things offensive.
Easier to handle if there was none of this.

As for the customized bump, it has been suggested already by other users, although it has not gone anywhere.
You can always manually edit your post and post something that you wish to use instead of a bump as long as it is not offensive or breaking the rules.

i really dont want to see USA flag in any emoticon. Over half of the community, aint americans. so no need for any flag.

use IMG tags for own bump, as said above.

I also believe that having a static emoticon is best. The yellow in the current ones do not symbolize a race, they are merely that color because yellow has been the basis for emoticons for years, no use in changing tradition now. Another thing, having different races would defeat the purpose of emotions. Emoticons are an expression of emotions (hence the term "emoticon" - emoticon) - it's neutral in that respect. Adding different races would promote various unwanted and distasteful remarks whilst using these emoticons, and in the process, defeating the true purpose of using an emoticon.

In short: ethnicity shouldn't play a part in expressing your emotions. No from me.

It is unnecessary to add any additional emoticons. I you want to include a custom emoticon into your post simply use the IMG tags.

Also, the USA flag and other country flags already exists on d2jsp.
