A good practice is to always be good-mannered and follow the rules, then there is no fear of hitting a word filter.

Also, thinking from a staff's point of view: they do not wish for the word filter to be known. I have spoken to Skip (hapycampr) via PM about word filter suspensions in the past, and he made it clear that they don't wish for the word filter(s) to be known to the jsp user base. If a message was to be sent with the word in question, then word will get around what those words are, which isn't what they would want.
I've voted "no". I do not feel like a PM is necessary because you should be good-mannered and following the rules anyways, the word filter suspensions are in place to keep behaviors in check and to prevent unwanted messages. Also, I don't think that the mod team wants anyone knowing even one word from the filter list, and a message with the word that hit the filter would make some words in the filter known.

Hard to follow the rules and not mention words on the word filter when you don't know what the rules are now isn't it? Hard to follow those rules.
The rules are right here:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=9. Let me give an example. Okay, so rule 1 states that you should not flame, insult, etc. yes? Well, maybe certain swears and insults are in the word filter. Most likely, but we can only conjecture. However, let's just say for the sake of example that a certain insult is in the filter. If you follow rule #1, then there's no fear of triggering that filter.
Then for website url filters, which I'm sure exist, you should avoid sharing links to Diablo 2 b*t sites, as that is a breach of the rules. Follow the rules, no fear of triggering the filter.

All of the filters I'm sure revolve around the d2jsp site rules and are designed to keep your posting habits in check. So, following the site rules will avoid triggering any filter.
