Why isnt there an arcade?

There actually is a small one: http://games.d2jsp.org/ But it's only accessable by donors. (Or more specifically, people with Donor Forum Access)

You could suggest it, but you'd have to explain it a bit more, what games would be included, and how would they be tied to jsp/reasons to add them rather than just visit the sites.

Only thing is that it is a RPG game and not arcade style game.
