Hi,
I like to play by the rules, so i don't early bump my topics.

It's clearly not the case for everyone.
I report an EB when i see one,
But after a while, i see that people still do it freely.

So my question is : does someone do something about them ?
Or can i EB too, since no one seems to care ?

You can not early bump.
Reporting a early bump will be taken care of just as any other report.
Just because another user breaks the rules does not mean you can break the rules as well.

I know, i'm just being provocative to insist on the fact that i Never Ever saw anyone taking a blame on an EB.
