How can I locate/search for my friends accnt names? I always forget how to find people by their accnt name....any help would be appreciated...

you can't search for an account name, but you can search by their account name.

You can also use the tool here : http://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=2 To find people by their d2jsp account name.
