I'd assume you mean users who are inactive for xx period of time lose some of their forum gold periodically.
You'd think it would help the economy, but in reality nobody would even notice the forum gold was gone.
Even if there's no poll, I'm voting no. if someone uses d2jsp for three years, goes on a tour of duty somewhere and comes back, I don't think that's reason enough for their forum gold to decay.
