if it says 30 days.. it should be 30 days. not 45+ by the time you reject me twice. (i havent gotten a removal yet without at least 2+ rejects)

and only the mediator who issued the warn should be able to extend it, if its gotta be that way...
this isnt about me. this is about everyone who gets unjustly rejected..

It appears as though you have a problem with the staff, not the policy itself.
It seems perfectly reasonable to me for mods to be able to reject warn removals in the case of users who show no signs of changing their behavior.
The problem, of course, is that warns and rejections have a tendency to be given for ridiculously stupid reasons.
