This site has been slowly and surely spiraling downward as far as integrity is concerned. Scams, are the worst but what about the start? Many ppl post BINS then fail to honor them when they are met. This is just as bad IMO as scamming. True you dont lose fg/items ect, but there should be rules in place to prevent ppl from posting an item then changing a BIN just because its in demand. If you arent sure how much you wanna sell for THEN DONT POST A BIN!

Rule could be as follows:

BINS are FINAL once met. EXAM: If Joe puts item up bids starting 4fg and BIN is 45 and Sally replies with a BIN ( then JOE MUST honor his Trade) However, If an Item does NOT sell, and Joes BIN is NOT met, it is perfectly fine to LOWER the BIN in order to possibly sell the item without having to wait to repost. ( this of course implying he DOES NOT break the early bump rule!


The reason I ask for this is this has been happening almost every day, at least in the d2/3 forums. And honestly, How are you going to expect ppl to honor their trades once someone meets their continuously growing bins , if you will let them continue to raise a BIN already met?
