My friend made a jsp account but he never got a email back so he can't use the account what should he do?

He should check he's spam box on the e-mail to see if the d2jsp automatic message is there or not.

check spam / junk folder and what mail provider did he use? (not the email name)

he told me that its not there and that he sent it to the email the second time and its still not there
