Why cant somebody comment on their own picture, and why can't you comment on a picture twice to respond to somebody, there's wayyyyyy too many rules on this forum, and this one is rediculous

You cant fuckin comment on yer own picture and you can only comment once on someone elses picture

You can put any info you want in your picture description. 1 comment per person cuts down on flame and spam wars.
