I think if these hybrid runewords or packet modified items are to be sold on the forums, the seller should be required to include a disclaimer saying that it is unperm.

These items are not made in the legitimate way, therefore they should not be sold as legit items. They should be sold as unperm at all times.





Just my opinion.

In my mind, it is a scam. Selling modded items as perm, get real.

This is really not needed. Almost everyone knows that hybrid runewords were made by incorrect way, but they are not unperm.
